Kinshasa on the opposite coast of the Congo River, from the Brazzaville side.  The name of the city always evoked a very romantic sensibility for me.  At the end of Casablanca Captain Renault mentions to Rick that they can flee to Brazzaville to elude any repercussions from German agents in Casablanca.
