Jack Thomas USMC veteran and bodybuilder. Popular physique model of the early to mid 1950’s, posed for Russ Warner and Rip Searby. It was daring to pose full nude at that time. Thomas posed in a nude photo set with Jack LaLanne for Russ Warner, just before LaLanne became famous. Lalanne tried to buy back the nude duo photo series and its negatives from Warner, but Warner refused. Warner went on to become LaLanne’s business manager, some say Warner used the nude photos as leverage. And there were rumors in bodybuilding circles of the 1950’s that Thomas and LaLanne were more than just friends. -Rj
