Lifestyle guru Taylor Morgan has branded himself successfully online. This dude has come back from a pretty toxic period in his life and has built himself up again (literally). I hope the vogue of the giant beard has passed as he has such a gorgeously square jaw. His speaking voice is swoon-worthy. He advocates keeping one's hand off one's dick (I am with you, Captain!) and cold showers, ice baths. Residing in the Great White North I just can't follow that second bit. It's cold enough up here in the winter, and I'm not Russian. My majority Finn blood prefers a steam bath. Maybe a roll in the snow ten minutes after I douse the rocks with a ladle of water, but that's it.
